1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services and offers of evig, Zürich, Schweiz.
2. Services
evig makes access to intelligence affordable — curated tech, fair repair, and a circular marketplace. Our services include:
- Refurbishment and sale of second-hand IT equipment
- IT repair services
- Workshops and training
- P2P marketplace for second-hand devices
- IT help and support
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified for each offer.
4. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded by placing an order via the platform, in the shop or by e-mail, followed by confirmation from evig. Representations on the website constitute a non-binding invitation to submit an offer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For in-store purchases there is no statutory right of withdrawal, as Swiss law does not provide for this in physical shops. For online purchases, we grant a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt, provided the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging. Contact: hallo@evig.ch.
6. Warranty
evig provides a warranty on refurbished devices in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Exact warranty terms are communicated at the point of purchase. For devices sold via the P2P marketplace by third parties, evig assumes no warranty.
7. Liability
evig is liable within the scope of the applicable legal provisions. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Registered users can export their data at any time. privacy policy
9. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs prove invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
10. Changes
